Requesting the following:

1- Open and Closed Permits for work at the property

2- Documents regarding any variance pending, granted or denied for the property

3- Complaints filed by the municipality and other citations for code or other violations at the property

4- Any pending or final assessment for the property

5- Tax assessors reports or memos regarding the property

6- Any deed, easement or other restriction of record for the property

7- Inspections for environmental issues, water wells, sanitary disposal systems and underground fuel

tanks for the property.

8- Any document indicating if the property is in a flood zone

9 – Any survey or drawings pertaining to the property.

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
