I am following up on your request for the Septic Plan from your OPRA
Request dated April 5, 2019.  As referenced in our letter, payment of
$5.00 is due in advance in order to have the plan copied off-site. 
Payment can be made by cash or check made payable to the Township of
Medford.

Once payment is received I will have it reproduced and contact you when it
