Good morning,
Attached is the approval letter for the canopy sign ONLY for NJ Health &
Wellness at 35 S. Spruce St. Ramsey NJ. As discussed last week, the
façade sign was not approved and requires a variance and the Design Review
Boar .
I happened to see that this canopy sign was already installed. The proper
steps in Ramsey are to first obtain a building permit before installing
any signage. Please reach out to our building dept today, 201-825-3400
