Dear Perth Amboy City,
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of the 2023 meeting schedules for all government entities holding public meetings within your municipality, including the governing body, land use boards, autonomous authority boards, and any other boards, commissions, committees, or councils affiliated with the municipal government.
Please indicate whether the meetings of each body are to be held in-person or "virtual," and if there are options for remote viewing or participation. Please also indicate which meetings, if any, will be recorded, and if so, where the recordings will be made available to the public.

Good Morning Charlie,
Please see the attached copy of the Memorandum of the Open
Public Meetings for the Perth Amboy Board of Adjustment and for the Perth
Amboy Planning Board Yearly scheduled meetings in 2023. During the course
of the ongoing covid-19 pandemic, the regular meetings are held either in
person in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 260 High Street, Perth Amboy,
New Jersey, in a virtual format via Zoom or both. If you wish to attend
any of the indicated meetings please go to the City website at
www.perthamboynj.org. The agendas and minutes are available on the City
website.
