2023 Municipal Meetings Schedules

The request was partially successful.

Dear Old Bridge Township,

Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of the 2023 meeting schedules for all government entities holding public meetings within your municipality, including the governing body, land use boards, autonomous authority boards, and any other boards, commissions, committees, or councils affiliated with the municipal government.

Please indicate whether the meetings of each body are to be held in-person or "virtual," and if there are options for remote viewing or participation. Please also indicate which meetings, if any, will be recorded, and if so, where the recordings will be made available to the public.

Thank you very much. Feel free to contact me at 732-993-9697 if you have any questions.

Yours faithfully,

Charlie Kratovil

Charlie,

The Township of Old Bridge received an Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on 12/27/2022.  As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to
respond to your request is 1/5/2023.

The request was for:  copies of the 2023 meeting schedules for all
government entities holding public meetings within your municipality,
including the governing body, land use boards, autonomous authority
boards, and any other boards, commissions, committees, or councils
affiliated with the municipal government.

Please see attached 2023 meeting schedules that we have access to.
Autonomous Authorities are separate from the Township, and you will need
to contact them on your own.

Other Boards/Commissions do not report to the Clerk’s office and we do not
have their schedules.

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Township of Old Bridge to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
You may contact the GRC by toll-free telephone at 866-850-0511, by mail at
P.O. Box 819, Trenton, NJ, 08625, by e-mail at [1][email address], or
at their web site at [2]www.state.nj.us/grc. The GRC can also answer other
questions about the law.  All questions regarding complaints filed in
Superior Court should be directed to the Court Clerk in your County.
