Dear Jackson Township,

Pursuant to the Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I am requesting the following records relating to any contract or payment between Jackson Township and Phil Stilton, Shore News Network, or any associated entity, from January 1, 2023, to present:

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

1. All contracts, proposals, bids, purchase orders, invoices, and payment vouchers associated with these parties.

2. All bid solicitation documents, advertisements for bids or RFPs, and responses submitted by or on behalf of Mr. Stilton or Shore News Network.

3. All resolutions or meeting minutes authorizing the award of the contract or expenditure of funds.

4. Any professional services certifications, fair-and-open process certifications, or pay-to-play disclosure forms relating to the contract.

5. All correspondence or emails between township officials (including the Mayor, Council, Business Administrator, or Purchasing Agent) and Mr. Stilton or Shore News Network concerning the agreement, work performed, or payments.

6. All purchase ledger entries or accounts payable records referencing payments to these entities.

7. Any notices of award, contract renewal documents, or amendments issued under Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.) for the above parties
