The Borough of Flemington’s official Records Custodian, Michael Humphrey
received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on 10/01/2022. As

We are unable to respond to you request for Code Violations, as we have no
records of such violations.

47:1A-5.b., the cost associated with this request is $0. If your request
for access to a government record has been denied or unfilled within the
