Dear Township Tax Collector or whomever this concerns,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Tax surplus list, preferably in Excel format. Overages that have not been claimed from years 2014-2020. Tax lien sale/mortgage foreclosure auction sale surplus funds that have not been redeemed after auction. Non municipal lien master file list. PDF format is acceptable IF excel is unavailable.

Attached are two reports that I think may be helpful to you; however, we would need clarification as to what is being requested exactly. What is being requested is not a record we have on hand, nor am I sure exactly what you are referencing. Specific dates and specifics about the records are needed to fill the request.
