Trying to confirm if an oil tank was removed or just abandoned from 4 Powell Ave at 1999
Dear Rochelle Park Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Oil tank permits for removal back at 1999 for the property located at 4 Powell Ave, Rochelle Park. An oil sweep company couldn't confirm if an oil tank was in the property or not. So we are trying to see if a permit was pulled back in 1999 to remove the tank.
