Transparency in GR Tax Payer Funds Used for 2024 Glen Rock Pride Event
Dear Glen Rock Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Pride Committee meeting minutes and public council board meeting minutes for any and all dates that discuss the June 2024 Borough Pride event.
2. Pride Committee and public council board meeting minutes for any dates that discuss funds/allocation of funds/approval for "lending" for the June 2024 Borough Pride event.
3. Total amount of funds that are being allocated (given as a loan) or any tax payer funds being allocated for the 2024 Borough Pride event.
4. List of any and all entertainment the Glen Rock Borough is funding for the 2024 Glen Rock Borough Pride Event. To include, but not limited to, food, police security and overtime costs, alcohol, event coordinators, stage equipment, music bands, tents, speakers, any performers, after event clean up, etc.
