Dear Ms. Zeledón,
Please respond as to the existence of responsive records for items #1, #3, #4, #7, #11, and #14 of my request.

I am especially concerned about item #1. I was assured by the interim city engineer this morning that there was an application made for the crane that collapsed on July 21 but I do not see that application in your response.

Additionally, I observed two cranes now operating at the site. I want to make sure that proper approvals were granted. Do you know if those cranes required permits? Were applications submitted for them?

Yours faithfully,

Charlie Kratovil
