Dear Executive Director,

Thank you for the response. I appreciated your reply letter, which was sent to me by another staff member. I must, however, disagree with the conclusion reached that there is some "other state statute" preventing disclosure of the records in question. However, the letter cites no such statute, only court rule 1:38(c)(4). Access under OPRA is not regulated by court rules, so I would respectfully contend that the two grand jury subpoenas are public records pursuant to the OPRA and should be released.

Please provide the requested subpoenas. Thanks again.
