Dear Mr. Michael,
In regards to your recent request for information pertaining to:
"All fire alarm and fire extinguisher invoices (Service, Installation, Inspections Etc.) from 2019 to present that were for government buildings"
Please find attached:
- Fire Department invoices responsive to your request (from 2021 to current);
- Library invoices responsive to your request;
- Recreation Department invoices responsive to your request (from 2024 to current);
In regards to the Department of Public Works invoices, the Qualified Purchasing Agent has provided purchase order and payment summary information from the Edmunds System for the entire Township (see first and second attachments) which includes Department of Public Works expenditure information since 2019. The Recreation Departments and Fire Department have also provided payment summary information from the Edmunds System for their departments from 2024 to current and from 2021 to current respectively.
The Public Works Department, Recreation Department and Fire Department have notified my office that fulfilling this request with all invoices since 2019 would substantially disrupt the operations of their Departments (See Caggiano v. NJ Dept of Law & Public Safety, Div. of Consumer Affairs, GRC Complaint No. 2007-69 (September 2007).
With best regards,
Patricia Donahue
