Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

Dear Mr. Soler,

 

The Township of Plainsboro received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on September 10, 2025.  The official Records Custodian, Carol J.
Torres, received your OPRA request on the same date. As such, the seven
(7) business day deadline to respond to your request is September 19,
2025. This response to your request is being provided to you on the fifth
(5) day of receipt of said request.

 

The OPRA request sought access to the following:

 

Request: I’m requesting records related to sewer connection mandates for
Block 1511, Lot 35 (52 Edgemere Ave), including any notices, ordinances,
or engineering plans issued between 1970 and 1990. This property was
formery at the time of connection, Block 11 lot 82.

 

 

 

Response: The attached record(s) are being provided in their entirety and
are responsive to your request. The record(s) are being transmitted to you
via email, in accordance with your preferred delivery method. There is no
cost associated with the request pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b.
