I am seeking information pertaining to the environmental matters at the site from time of development, including, but not limited to the information regarding underground storage tanks, above ground storage tanks, response to hazardous material or chemical spills or release, response to fire, past or on-going environmental remediation or investigation, soil and groundwater sampling or investigation, NFA’s, RAO’s, on-site wells, septic systems, local permits (e.g. storage tanks, wastewater discharge, air permits, etc.), violations or noncompliance matters related to the local environmental permits or regulations, and tax liens or diminution of value for the site.

Moreover, can you include building construction, such a date of construction, square footage, and building materials (e.g. property record cards, building permits), historical ownership information, deed (or deed notice), and a tax map for the site, if available.

Can you please forward this request to the local Health Department, Tax Assessor, Buildings Department, and Fire Department.

The requested property is not on our brownfield's list, but it is close to
a property on the list that is suspected of being a brownfield. No
investigations have been done on that site.
