See playing games again. thats not the information I requested. I requested how big a tax abatement, how many years. I resent it asking that. No wonder we are drowning here.

You obviously do not understand OPRA nor do you understand the form you received. The form states it is for 5 years (actually it’s highlighted and the years are written on the form) it also states the amount of the abatement is 1.6 million (the actual figure is in the form as well) so again on the form it states the improvement amount is phased in over 5 years. Which is an ordinance on our website that can viewed at anytime and available to all businesses within the Borough.
I suggest you read the attachment you were given there are no games. OPRA is my job and I don’t play games. Stop making statements when you have all the information already!
Under OPRA it is not my responsibility to help you figure out what the record means, actually your request is for records only and that is what you received. I am sorry you don’t understand it.
