Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

Copies of any emails from Josh Brown, Sherry Marnell, Mayor Banks, and/or Council members about "run-off" or "run off" elections from January 1st, 2024 to October 30th, 2025.
Copies of print or digital cost estimations provided to Mount Holly for a run-off election from the Burlington County Board of Elections, Joanne Schwartz, and/or any state of NJ entity from January 1st, 2024 to October 30th, 2025.
Copies of email or print notifications of an upcoming newsletter and/or calls for submission to the newsletter to or from any township employees or council members from January 1st, 2024 to October 30th, 2025
Copies of documents submitted by Mayor Banks' for the run-off election piece in the newsletter.
