Below is what I requested from the Clark's Township Clerk on 4/20/22, which I have not yet received, Today you sent me a letter responding to a different request about a Susan Ricci and two docket numbers on her settlement. According to the Clark Code, Resolutions and Minutes for council meeting are kept at the Office of the Township Clerk and are readily available for inspection, therefore it should not take this long to get copies of said records, if they exist. ​

Can you please confirm that you received my last email clarifying your email from 5/4/22.

Like I stated before, this request is severey overdue and we wooild like to obtain copies of said records that, according to the township’s municipal code, are readily available for inspection and in the custody of the clerk’s office at the municipal building.

On 4/21/22, the municipal Clerk acknowledged receiving our request sent on 4/20/22, which was due on 4/29/22. We again request the correct records to our request, unlike the response you sent us, which was related to another request about an unrelated township employee.

Good morning. Please Advise Mr. Varady that I cannot direct the email to him because I am only able to respond to he person that sends me the emails, which is you. That is out o my control.

Would you kindly forward this email to Mr. Varady seeking the following clarifications and missing documents.

1- In reference to the Susan Ricci Settlement, your office provided a Council Agenda for 4/18/11 (pages 1-3). After examining the agenda in its entirety, no where does it list or mentioned the Susan Ricci Agreement was scheduled to be voted on by the council. Upon examining the Minutes of that meeting (pages 5-41), it appears the resolution in question 11-71 was voted under "NEW BUSINESS". but again, is not listed in that section of the Agenda. Would your office be able to clarify if the Township of Clark has an updated agenda with Resolution 11-71 listed, or if the resolution was voted on as an add on and without any discussion from any of the council members and the township attorney,

2- In reference to the Glenn Griffin Settlement, my original request dated 4/20/22, which was clarified on 5/4/22 after receiving the wrong information, was for the following:

- Resolution for the settlement agreement between Glenn Griffin and Township of Clark ,
- agenda and minutes for council meeting during which said resolution was voted on.

Instead your office provided a copy of the Settlement Agreement and a copy of the Civil complaint, which neither were requested. In addition, your attached letter did not provide an explanation of the Township's inability to produce said records.

Again, please accept my apologizes for sending this email directly to Ms. Stone but as I explained before, I cannot add, remove or forward the email to any other recipients other than the individual that sent the email, which is Ms. Stone.
