1. Copy of McNerney & Associates, Inc's. $55,000 proposal related to Resolution 22-173.
2. Copy of the authorization to proceed which was attached to Res. 22-173.
3. Copy of the confirmation the Borough Clerk sent the authorization to McNerney Associates as instructed in Res. 22 - 173.
4. Copies of all of proposals from other appraisers who were solicited by the Borough Administrator and Tax Appeal Attorney for the BMW appraisal assignment.

Per your OPRA request (attached), please find Resolution No. 22-173 and a copy of McNerney's proposal.
Please note that the Resolution was the authorization to proceed.
There is no confirmation since the Resolution was emailed to Mr. Porro's office and to Mr. McNerney's office.
There are no other proposals from other appraisers for the BMW appraisal assignment.
