Resolution 2020-124: Authorizing The Use Of The Public Rights-Of-Way By Planet Networks, Inc.
Dear Clerk,
This is an email request for public records under New Jersey's Open Public Records Act, and the common law right of access. The public records I am requesting are:
All public records relating to RESOLUTION 2020-124 OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MANSFIELD AUTHORIZING THE USE OF THE PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BY PLANET NETWORKS, INC. If any records are not available electronically, please provide instructions on how they can be obtained.

Are these the only public records? There are no records of presentations or other proposals that were made to the committee? No applications, committee meeting notes or deliberations regarding the serious issues with surrendering public right-of-way? You've provided a single letter from Gregory D. Meese and a form letter from Planet Networks that actually belongs to Planet Networks. The form letter contains no recipient, no signature, and was created and last modified by Robert Boyle, the Chief Executive Officer of Planet Networks, Inc.
Your 3rd document is again a copy of Resolution 2020 124 which is readily available on the municipality's website.
Please provide the missing documents.

included a link to the minutes. There is also the availability for you to
