Records requested: I am requesting copies of all decisions by the State of New Jersey, Division of Pensions and Benefits, Board of Trustees that granted exceptions to individuals from the provisions outlined in N.J.S.A 43:15A-7(e). I am requesting all records and communications related to these matters that resulted in an exception being granted to all and any individuals, since the passage of this Statute.
