Please be advised that the attached documents contain redactions of employee salaries and work hours pursuant to Executive Order #26 and N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1. Executive Order #26 provides confidentiality for “information describing a natural person’s finances, income, assets, liabilities, net worth, bank balances, financial history or activities, or creditworthiness, except as otherwise required by law to be disclosed”. N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 states that “a public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen’s personal information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen’s reasonable expectation of privacy.”
