1)  Abandoned/vacant property residential property lists (Property Class
2)

3)  Residential properties with delinquent taxes

4)  Residential properties for which a Lis Pendens notice has been filed
or that are currently in probate – see attached Legal Notice and letters
to owners.  Please note that 20 Colonial Avenue has since submitted a
permit application for work to be done and will be removed from the list. 
Additionally, 23 Grove Street may be in the process of being sold, but
that has not been confirmed as yet.

8)  Properties with code violations, including the type of violation

Below are the answers to the remaining items:

2)  Condemned properties - none

5)  Properties that are absentee-owned - is not maintained separately from
the abandoned/vacant list

6)  Properties with delinquent water and sewer which date back up to 1
year, including amounts owned - please contact NJAW; they purchased our
system in May 2015

7)  Properties currently listed with water shut-off notice - please
contact NJAW; they purchased our system in May 2015

9)  Properties with notices of abatement – there are no notices of
abatement
