This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: A copy of New Jersey Crash Investigation Report Case Number 17051416 and a copy of New Jersey Crash Investigation Report Case Number 17051400.
Both reports were prepared on September 7, 2017 by, I believe, Edison Police Officer Mohammad Ghafoor.
The two motor vehicle accidents occurred at or near the intersection of Talmadge Road & Park Avenue in the Township of Edison.
I am an attorney for Defendant, County of Essex, in a matter related to the motor vehicle accidents.
