Request for LawSoft Documentation
Dear Piscataway Township Police Department,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
- All RFP's/RFQ's, quotes, records of purchase, records of service and other documentation in regards to the purchase and implementation of LawSoft branded computer aided dispatch (CAD) software solutions.
- Dates during which LawSoft was utilized (go live date through date of depreciation)
- All information detailing how records entered into this software are currently stored post depreciation and how members of the public may request their records.

Mr. Tarbous,
As I stated in the original response the Lawsoft database was breached and all records lost. The Lawsoft letter provided to the public seeking access to reports which were taken during that time frame states "detrimental occurrence" which refers to that data breach.
