Dear Mr. Tarbous,
The Piscataway Police Department Records Section received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on Wednesday, March 17, 2021. On Thursday, March 25, 2021 we requested an extension with an anticipated response date of April 9, 2021. This response is being provided to you on Thursday, April 8, 2021.
The following records are being provided to you in their entirety and are responsive to your request.

A copy of the Lawsoft Proposal,Bid,Certification of Funds,Purchase Order and Township Resolution, totaling five (5) pages.
2."Dates during which LawSoft was utilized (go live date through date of depreciation)"
Lawsoft went live on February 1, 2017 through May 18, 2018 when the system was breached and all records lost.
3."All information detailing how records entered into this software are currently stored post depreciation and how members of the public may request their records."
There are no records currently stored for Lawsoft records as the system was breached and all attempts at recovery were unsuccessful. Any request for records during this period are unable to be provided. I've attached a copy of the letter that is provided to those requesting these records.
These records are being transmitted to you via email as per your request.
Sincerely,
