Dear Statewide Insurance Fund,
Please accept this electronic request for government records made under the Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., and, to the extent applicable, the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit this request. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(f), an email or letter containing all information required on the adopted form is sufficient in place of a completed form as a valid government records request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
This request is not for a discovery file or litigation file. It seeks one specific, identifiable government record that appears to be referenced on the Fund’s public website.

Please provide an electronic copy of the **Executive Committee Agenda for April 16, 2026**, including any final agenda, revised agenda, supplemental agenda, and any agenda packet materials or attachments distributed with or as part of that agenda, if such records exist.
If the April 16, 2026 Executive Committee agenda was prepared but not posted publicly, please provide the record as maintained by the Fund in the ordinary course of business.
If no such agenda or agenda packet exists, please confirm that in writing.

If any portion of this request is denied, withheld, or redacted, please identify the specific record withheld, state the specific legal basis for the denial or redaction, and produce all reasonably segregable non-exempt portions.
