Thank you so much for providing those documents and updating me on the status of the tax records.
Just to clarify - these are all the "closed permits" on the property, correct (at least for years 2012-2020)?
I only ask because the current property owners claim there are additional "closed permits" from 2019, which I do not see in the documents you provided.
