This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
A list of properties in which property taxes are delinquent of at least $4,000 or more and for a minimum of no less than 2 years from the date of this request.
A list of properties of which the water has been cut off due to delinquency for no less than 30 consecutive days.
A list of properties who currently have or have had evictions scheduled within the last 6 months.

Good morning,
Our apologies for the delay. Attached please find information provided by
our Tax Office. If you should have any questions regarding same, you must
contact the Tax Office directly at telephone #856-757-7003. Our Housing
Bureau has advised that no such list exists in their department.
Please be advised that the City has been having issues with its server and
it has been delaying the response from American Water. The City seeks
additional time to fix these issues so that the information from American
Water gets through to the City. The ETA is May 20th or sooner.
Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation and we apologize for
any inconvenience this may have caused.
