Dear Municipal Authority,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

A list of properties in which property taxes are delinquent of at least $4,000 or more and for a minimum of no less than 2 years from the date of this request.

A list of properties of which the water has been cut off due to delinquency for no less than 30 consecutive days.

A list of properties who currently have or have had evictions scheduled within the last 6 months.

We do not have delinquencies for tax of more than two years. We hold a tax sale every year and any prior years delinquencies, including tax, water/sewer, CCMUA and any other municipal charges and brought to tax sale in the following year.
If an account is in arrears it would be due to Bankruptcy.
