We are requesting the following records for: proposed 310 Franklin Ave - All site plans and construction documents, including Location, extent, amount, and proposed final grades of any filling, grading, or excavation. 310 Franklin ave can not be found in the tax records, but construction has begun so there should be a individual plan for this individual property.

Thank you for your quick response. We are looking for all open permits on this property. We are most concerned about the excavation and grading for this site. The other 2 newly built properties that were part of this subdivision have added over 6” of soil to these new properties, which has made those property levels higher than they were originally.

We are looking to confirm that the land next to us will match the level of our current property line, avoiding any trespass or nuisance issues, that would be caused by changing the natural course of rainwater drainage.

As per the code book, excavation and grading levels should be submitted with the building plans of all new construction on the barrier island.
