PLEASE COMBINE YEARS WHEN SUBMITTING FOR THE SAME PROPERTY. THERE IS NO NEED TO DIVIDE UP YEARS BETWEEN MULTIPLE OPRA REQUESTS FOR THE SAME PROPERTY. IT CAUSES MORE CONFUSION WITH RESPONSES FROM OTHER DEPARTMENTS AND WILL DELAY PROCESSING. ATTACHED ARE ALL THE YEARS FOR BLK: 547.01, LOTS: 15-16.

Here are additional documents that were just sent to me. As stated, you submitting multiple OPRA requests for the same address, just different years and then changing the block number has caused confusion between the various departments that handle these requests (some thinking they already processed the request, some give me all years anyway while other split it up). Please just submit 1 request per property.

Dear Ms. Larney,
If you did not get my email last week, I had told you I would submit just one request per property going forward. In that same email, there was one pending property that I had already requested most of the years, so I made one final request for the early years (1950-1999). Since then, I have requested all years of the same property. Also, in that prior email, I had said a few years back you told me I had requested too much all at once, so that was the reason I started splitting up the bigger properties into multiple requests. Now, you have said to request it all together in one request, so I will do so from now on. Sorry for any confusion!
