Property records/permits
Dear Middletown Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Please send the requested documents via email, not via the township portal/Next Request. I see there are many requests via OPRA Machine in which Middletown Township posts the documents via Next Request, and OPRA Machine users like myself are unable to see the documents posted, and then are stuck emailing with NextRequest technical staffers. As one user posted recently regarding your usual reply about creating an account: "The links to click to create an account and get into the information portal did not come through. I do not wish to create an account." So, again, please send these requested documents to the OPRA email this request was sent from.

Dear Middletown Township,
I see my request (which was included in my original OPRA request) for having the records sent directly via email was overlooked, so I will ask this again. I do not want the documents posted to the township portal since I will not be creating an account there. Please follow the directions below and send these documents via the email address that the request was sent from at OPRA Machine.
Here is what I stated as part of my OPRA request:

The GRC can also answer other questions about the law. All questions regarding complaints filed in Superior Court should be directed to the Court Clerk in your County.
