1. We do not have a list of vacant/abandoned properties.
2. We do not have a list of condemned properties.
3. We do not have a list of properties that have had a notice of abatement.
4. We do not have a list of properties that have had fire damage.
5. Attached is our delinquent property report.
6. We do not service water/sewer.
7. Attached is our open municipal lien report.
8. We do not have any properties that have code violations for lawn
maintenance etc.

After I ran the reports, I see Andrew also ran them. The delinquent report
is a little different because I only included property class 2
(residential).

1. Addresses of all residential properties (Property Class 2) that are
marked as vacant and/or abandoned 2. Addresses of all residential properties
(Property Class 2) that are marked as condemned 3. Addresses of all
residential properties (Property Class 2) that have had a notice of
abatement issued, specifically from 1/1/2022 to the present day 4. Addresses
of all residential properties (Property Class 2) that are fire damaged,
specifically from 1/1/2022 to the present day 5. Addresses of all
