Brunswick Tax Assessor's Office, as requested in the attached OPRA
Request.
Please also note that the property at 73 Welton Street has been listed as
being a 2-Family Dwelling in the New Brunswick Tax Assessor's records
since 1972.
However, the determination as to what is the 'legal' use of the property
is a determination that is made by the City's Zoning Officer and/or the
City's Division Of Housing Inspections.
