right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please

I am requesting open/closed permits and/or violations from January 2000 to
present, as well as the Property Card. I would like to know which permits
are still open and need to be closed. Also, I would like to know information
regarding the presence of an underground oil tank and/or septic tank, if
applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports,
and surveys showing underground oil tank and/or septic tank location.
