Hi Ms. Saviet,
Thanks for sending the deeds. One of the pages you sent can't be fully seen. Can you either re-send a better copy or just re-check Deed Book 3428, Page 314 to confirm the sales data (the deed book # listed for the previous deed). I can only make out that it is on Page 29, but not what Deed Book it is in.

Sorry, That book has a tight binding which makes it hard to copy. It is
book 3172 page 29.
