Dear Liberty Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
1) Open and Closed Permits for Property
2) Documents regarding any variances pending, granted or denied for property
3) Complaints filed by Municipality
4) Any pending or Finalized Assessments for the property
5) Tax Assessors Reports or memos regarding the property
6)Any Deed, Easement or Other Restrictions of record for the property
7) Inspections for Environmental Issues, water wells, sanitary disposal systems & Underground fuel tanks for the property
8) Current Certificate of Occupancy for the Property
9) Any documents indicating if Property is in a flood zone
10) A list of off-site conditions that may affect the value of the property that is maintained by the municipality pursuant to NJ Residential Construction Off-Site Conditions Disclosure Act
11) The current ordinances passed by the municipality pursuant to NJ Air safety & Zoning Act if the municipality is in an Air Safety
