Property Addresses with Specific Criteria
Dear Clifton City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All property addresses that have any of the following "New Jersey State Land Use Codes":
1 - Vacant Land
2 - Residential (1-4 Units)
4A - Commercial
4B - Industrial
4C - Apartment Buildings (5 or more Units)
Please include the following information with each property address:
- Zoning District
- # of Units (if multi family, mixed use, or has multiple commercial/industrial tenants)
An example would look like this:
Address, Use Code, Zoning, Units
123 Main St, 2, R-3, 3
Please return your findings in an excel spreadsheet.

I want to thank you for your response to my OPRA request last week. The speed of your response was greatly appreciated, however it was not the information that I asked for.
You sent me a list of vacant/abandoned properties, but I had requested this:
Please send a list of all properties that have a property class (NJ State Use Land Code) of either 1,2,4A,4B,4C. Please include in your findings the property's zoning and the # of units (if more than 1).
I hope this gives you a clearer pictures of what was requested.

That's only record we have. we do not have any list of properties with zoning and the # of units. In OPRA request we can not create any kind of new report.
