All properties with delinquent sewer bills which date back up to 1 year, this list should also include balances greater than $500.
Forwarded this request to the Tax Collector.

All properties with code violations, this list should also include amounts of balances owed, the type of violation related to each particular property.
Township does not maintain a listing of properties with code violation. We can provide a listing of properties with liens for grass cutting violations. If you would like this information, please let me know.

All properties with water shut off notice within the last 3 months.
NJ American Water Co. provides water service for the Township; therefore this information would have to be requested through their office.
