I am requesting all records August 1, 2022 to present in regards to the property at 1124 & 1126 Raritan Rd. Originally the property was denied by the planning board but the construction seems to be moving forward. I am a concerned citizen of Terry Lane as parking was the reason it was denied.

Please provide

1. All emails from August 1, 2022 to present on the property in question
2. Any plans that have been modified since Planning Board Denial
3. Any such approvals and at whose authority for the project

Dear Nicole Castellucci,

I would like any emails that are in regards to the project at 1124 & 1126 Raritan Rd. They most likely would come from Samsel Realty or a Mr. Samsel. But any emails that are pertinent to this project. I want to try and understand why a project that was denied by the planning board is suddenly getting completed without regard to the neighborhood. It does not make sense.

Yes I still require this information and that will not change over time. I need to understand how a project that was denied by the planning board suddenly gets approved and the project looks to be of the same scope. As my emails to the right people went unanswered I need to now OPRA all the necessary documents and review appropriately. The fact it is in attorney review for so long is disturbing that something was uncovered and you need to be prepared to respond. Please get me all information that I require as soon as possible.
