Dear Ms. Lacey,
In response to your OPRA request, please see attached. On the building
permit list, the “C” under status means the permit is closed, the ones
without a “C” are open. There is a permit on file for an oil tank removal
and installation, which is attached along with the property tax record
cards. The Township does not have any records regarding hazardous material
(storage, releases, spills, or violations), Right to Know surveys, septic
systems, or potable well records. Thanks,
