this response. 

2. The policy for reporting misconduct to the prosecutor's office when
conflict of interest exists. 

• BPD SOP CIII S20 Internal Affairs Policy and Procedures is attached to
this response. While BPD SOP CIII S20 does not specifically
reference the language in your request it does reference NJ Attorney
General LE Directive No. 2017-2. The language you are seeking may be
found in this directive. A copy of this directive is available to the
public and can be found on the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice
