Police CBA & MOA
Dear Carteret PD,
I am seeking all Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) between the Borough of Carteret and the Carteret Superior Officers Association covering the period of 2022 through 2026.
As a matter of clarity, the Collective Bargaining Agreements can begin before 2022 and/or extend past 2026 as long as they cover the time period of 2022 through 2026.
I am also seeking all Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) between the Borough of Carteret and the Carteret Superior Officers Association for collective negotiations agreements (CNAs) covering the period of 2022 through 2026.
As a matter of clarity, the Memorandums of Agreement can begin before 2022 and/or extend past 2026 as long as they cover the time period of 2022 through 2026.

The Carteret Police SOA Contract from January 2017 to December 2021 is the current contract and is attached. We are currently waiting to be provided with a copy of the memorandum of agreement and will supply it once we receive it. An extension for the memorandum of agreement is requested until March 29,2024.

The Carteret Police SOA is currently out of contract. The SOA contract and MOA on present day are from January 2017 to December 2021.
