1. Copies of any and all documents, including: applications, plans, maps, review letters, zoning permits, correspondence, etc. maintained as the Township’s official Planning/Zoning file;

2. Copies of any and all Resolutions of approval or denial by the Brick Township Planning Board for any application made from 2000 through present;

3. Copies of any and all Resolutions of approval or denial by the Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for any application made from 2000 through present;

4. Copies of all Zoning Permits and Certificates of Occupancy/Continued Certificates of Occupancy issued from 2000 through present;

5. Copies of any and all zoning violations/citations issued from 2000 through present.
