Dear Bridgeton City,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Your OPRA was received on October 7, 2024. The 7 business day response deadline is set for October 17, 2024.
Attached you will find electronic records provided by the Planning Board Secretary that were found responsive to your request. There is one other packet of plans, however, they are too large for our office to scan.
I wanted to provide you what I had available and see how you wanted to move forward with the remaining. I reached out to the attorney and engineer that handled the application to see if they have an electronic version of the remaining plans available for me. At this time, I have not heard from them.
May you review what I have supplied and advise if this satisfies your needs? If not, I can reach out to their attorney/engineer again or have the plans mailed to you (which a cost for postage will be provided to you prior to doing so).
If the attachments do not satisfy your request and additional information is needed from their attorney and/or engineer, then I would have to request an extension of time to allow time to get the information from that party or have the postage calculated to provide to you. OPRA allows custodians to seek extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i. Specifically, OPRA states that, “the requestor shall be advised by the custodian when the record can be made available. If the record is not made available by that time, access shall be deemed denied.” Your request requires additional time beyond the seven (7) business days to fulfill to allow the either full receipt of the additional plans from their representatives or to process payment
Should your request require an extension of time, I respectfully am asking until October 23, 2024 to provide you any further . Should any additional documents become available prior to this date, I will forward accordingly.
Can you please respond that you have received the attachments and advise how you would like to move forward?
