1.  In your response you hand wrote, “SOA 0% increase” for 2022 & 2023. I
would still like to have a copy of each of those years salary breakdowns.
2. Can you please resend me a clear and legible copy of page 3. It is the
year 2021 breakdown with Lt. & Sgt.’s. The copy you provided is too dark
to read any of the information.
3. Do these breakdowns include the chiefs salary? If not, please provide

I am aware of what Deputy Clerk Tyann Acevedo had sent in response to your
second request because she confirmed with our Finance Administration that
this information had already been included.
In the first packet we sent you had the SOA information you requested in
question 2 - SOA's for years 2022 and 2023 (first attachment) It had 2021
and it states that 2022 and 2023 had 0% increase.
 
As far as the Police Chief, we have had 3 Chiefs in the last 7 years. That
position is non-union and since there has not been one Chief for 7 years
that part of your request is still pending.

Dear Tyann Acevedo,

Whether they retired or were promoted, if they worked in the year 2022, or
worked at a different rank, they should be on the payroll sheet. I checked
with the pension website and it shows Mulligan retired in November of 2022
so he should be on the payroll sheet. I also found online that McCarrick
was promoted to chief in December so he should have also been on the
payroll sheet for 2022 before he dropped off in December. I will submit a
new OPRA request if needed but I would like the information.

Dear Tyann Acevedo,

First I’d like to address the comment from Dawn. I have not corresponded
with Dawn at all but I see that she hates me. Maybe if you guys would give
the information that I am requesting, I wouldn’t have to keep messaging
you asking for it. The fact that she hates me speaks volumes of her. How
unprofessional of her to send that comment in a public setting. I wonder
if this unprofessionalism is rampant though town hall as I have been given
the run around for almost 3 months now. Not only have you not given me the
information I am asking for, but it looks as if some of the forms have
been altered and names have been left off. I will now be forwarding this
to my attorney as I feel there have been numerous OPRA violations. I will
also be forwarding a copy of these unprofessional messages to the town
administrator for his review of her conduct.

So now I need another OPRA request? What for? Just give me the spreadsheet
with ALL of the employees for 2022 on it like I ALREADY requested. Seems
like you’re trying to hide something. My attorney is going to love this.
