I wrote to you over a week ago regarding the ownership status of the channel on Center Street in town. By law, you are required to respond promptly, but i have not received an answer to date. Please get back to me as soon as possible with an answer.

The law allows seven (7) business days to respond to an OPRA request. Your request was received on March 29. Borough offices were closed on March 30. Today, April 9, is the seventh business day.
