Jacob,

My system doesn't produce a list of the investors. I took screen shots
of the internal list. Most of these
aren't current investors, they are from the time this system was put in
place up until today.

There are no municipal liens.
There is one outside lien.

I've been here 3 years and there haven't been any liens to assign.

There are no vacant and abandoned properties.
