3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors
4) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.
5)we would like a list of all vacant and abandoned properties as well
If you can provide these in excel spread sheet that would help as well
and please make sure these are all separate list

OPRA requests cannot be in the form of questions. They must be for specific, identifiable government records. Please contact the Mount Arlington Tax and Utility Office at 973-398-6832 ext. 113 with any questions.
5. “…a list of all vacant and abandoned properties...”
No records exist responsive to this request. As no records exist, your request for these records is denied. See, Bailey v. Department of Agriculture, GRC Complaint No.: 2003-116, Tyrone Jamison v. City of New Brunswick, GRC Complaint No.: 2013-252.
